Commercial Claims and Billing

Claims – Our commercial staff will report your claim - please call our office directly.  Should a claim arise after hours, we recommend that the necessary measures be taken to prevent further damage to the property.

Payments and Billing – Our commercial staff is here to assist you with all billing and payment concerns you may have by contacting our office.

Personal Claims and Billing

Claims – All personal lines claims are handled directly by the company. If a claim should arise, we recommend that the necessary measure be taken to prevent further damage to the property. 

Billing and Payments – Our personal lines carriers allow you visit their website to make payment 24/7 or calling them directly. In addition, payment may be made by contacting our agency during regular business hours.
